Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any content or data stored within the ChatHawk system may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatHawk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event will ChatHawk's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for the Services in the preceding 3 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChatHawk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, third party integrations, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
